Joseph is currently a Digital Media Management student at Cogswell Polytechnical College. Through the Junior Achievement (JA) of Northern California program, Joseph was inspired to become the CEO of Herban Movement, a student-run JA company introducing the youth to hospitality and culinary arts. Under his leadership, the company won the titles of Best Commercial and Best Business Plan at the 2015 JA NorCal Company of the Year Regional Competition, and the Microsoft Social Innovation Award at the JA USA National Student Leadership Summit the same year.
